On Aug 5^th, with the final batch of construction staff of Triumpher removing from the site, steel structure project of Yantai Radio, Film and Television Center, at the height of 153m, was smoothly finished, which was also another high-rise steel structure project finished by Triumpher.

 The mansion of Yantai Radio, Film and Television Center abuts onto Yantai City party committee and government office buildings, and Yantai Sports Stadium, located in the Laishan District administrative center, North to Furong Rd, South to Liancheng Rd, East to Guanhai Rd and West to Huiquan Rd. The buildings occupy 6.8 hectares, with the total area 65,000 sqare meters. They include studio area, program manufacturing area, program transmission area and office area etc., in the aggregation of studio operation, edition, manufacturing, broadcasting and transmission of radio and television program (including broadcast television newspaper and Jiaodong online website). After the completion, these buildings will be the landmarks of Yantai City.

The structure system of this project is RC and steel structure, with the general construction height 153.15m, and is made up of five areas A, B, C, D, E and F, among which Area D, E and F are annexes, and Area A, B and C are towers. Annexes have 1 floors (including one floor of equipments)under ground and 4 floors over ground; 22 floors for Tower A, 9 floors for Tower B, 31 floors for Tower C (center tower). Triumpher undertakes Tower A and Tower B, with total amount of steel used reaching 1,200 tons. Their structure patterns are numerous, including T-head posts, round steel pipe columns, square steel pipe columns, cross posts, and steel I-beam etc. And section sizes of components are big, for instance, 1,600 square-meter girder section of the studio is 1,600X500mm.

In the installation, the personnel of Triumpher overcome features and difficulties of heavy weight, large installing height, narrow operating surface, plentiful joint forms and high requirement to geometric size precision etc., and successfully complete the constructing task of this project.
